From The 4's: It's An Oldschool Toilet With A Serious Twist

With another tough loss comes another edition of From the 4's, a segment where the fourth line middies, Steve Keyes, Nick Wramage, and Thomas Appel give you their most profound ponderings. Since the last edition, due to injury and position changes, the fourth line has somewhat deteriorated. However, we promised this segment weekly, and by golly, the show must go on. This time, Colin Rosenblum and Ben Johns lend a helping hand while Thomas Appel refrains. Nick Wramage starts us off with a mathematical rant that leads elsewhere.
Things you may not know about the number 4:

4 is the smallest composite number, but it has the biggest heart. (true story)

Only 1 number has an aliquot sum of 4 and that is squared prime 9. (nine happens to be Wramage's favorite number)

Four is an all-Harshad number and a semi-meandric number.

Which is one way we have been described, semi-mean, and all-harsh.

There is a large Buddhist following in Boulder, and there are 4 noble truths of Buddhism: The noble truth of suffering, the noble truth of the cause of suffering, the noble truth of the cessation of suffering, and the noble truth of the path leading to the cessation of suffering.

And of course, being a 4 entails some suffering.

We now know who Susan Sarandon is, and guess what, her birthday, is October 4th.

There are 4 Beatles, 4 Ninja Turtles, and 4 shooting strings on Tyler Snyder's "rail gun".

Feist loves counting to 4, I love it too:

Chip never showed up as promised at the game on Saturday.

However, an Easter miracle did occur on Sunday at the McDonald's on Baseline.

It involved 3 Egg McMuffins, 1 Sausage McMuffin, 2 Big Breakfasts, and 8 hash browns all being served at 11:38 AM.

Breakfast is only served until 10:30.

I Asked the Ref to check my stick before the CSU game. After looking it over his response was, "Smooth Brother...Smooth".

and lastly, a fourth toilet was just found in the soon to be lax house, it's a toilet-sink:
